Founded in 1991, NRS is a non-audition, multi-generational chorus serving central and eastern Maine. We welcome all who share a love of singing and believe that by uniting our voices in song, we can nurture a love of music in our community and beyond.
We rehearse on Thursday evenings from 6:45 – 8:15 in the Unitarian Universalist Society at 120 Park St. in Bangor. Rehearsal seasons run from January to May and September to December, with winter and spring concerts. In addition, we perform a few senior home concerts each year. Occasional collaborative and community outreach concerts are sprinkled in here and there.
